Several personal items were taken from cars in the Carlton Village section of Hardyston between Thursday night and Friday morning, police said.
“We are requesting that anyone with an exterior camera check the footage from last night for a possible suspect in these thefts,” police said.
Anyone with information or surveillance footage of suspicious activity is asked to contact Detective William Varcadipane at 973-823-7022.
Meanwhile, police remind residents to keep vehicles locked and secured at all times.
“As always the Hardyston Police strongly encourage everyone to lock their car doors and remove any visible personal items from their vehicles.”
